COVID-19: Update
Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, our call centers are experiencing a high volume of customer calls and wait times may be longer than usual.
We accept free returns for domestic orders only. We do not offer free return for any international orders. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your international orders.
We accept returns for any reason before 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags. Any products returned without their original packaging and tags will be rejected. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Any products that are resized, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
Items marked as "Final Sale" and “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Customer accepts minor defects for "final sale" and "clearance" items. Final sale / Clearance / no return policy applies to minor defected or missing accessory products as well. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Garments in our limited edition Sustainability collection cannot be returned or exchanged!
For all return request you can simply reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If you can not find your confirmation email, please email us at sales@shopnocturne.com with your order number and let us know what items you would like to return. We will then provide you with a shipping label via email if your item is eligible for a return.
Shopnocturne.com/ RS CTA LLC is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment account. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Ineligible returns are subject to charge shipping cost and fees may customers prefer to request it back to their address.
International customers who may choose to return their product to 21346 Saint Andrews Blvd Ste 304 Boca Raton, FL USA 33433 only after the approval of their products return. We have the right to reject your return if you send it without an approval or your item does not meet our return eligibility. Ineligible returns are subject to charge shipping cost and fees may customers prefer to request it back to their address.
